– As customer journeys become increasingly hard to track, the goal here is to get the most out of other data sources that can help marketers understand consumers.
– Analysing consumer markets is of particular interest right now , given the impact of the pandemic on the consumer behaviour.
– I created the app to examine a specific industry, but the method can be applied to any industry, brand, or product.
